Every detail of our restaurant was imagined to follow the harmony of the natural environment and to give our clients the experience of being on a deck of a 50s wooden yacht.
Marina Terrace takes its name from the fact that our restaurant overlooks the marina of San Vicente, where all the traditional fishing boats are moored, but the main reason of choosing this name is … my mother’s name: Marina.
She was the inspiration that drove me and my partners to open this restaurant and to share the taste of our cuisine, our culture, our homes, our roots: Venezia (Venice, Italy).
Executive Chef Nico is a Venetian pirate, who loves to adapt the Italian and Venetian recipes to the fresh ingredients that Palawan gives us and cooks it in the open view kitchen.
Our menu changes with the seasons, depending on the fish that our fishermen catch, and the vegetables that our farmers harvest; preparing the tomatoes passata and the handmade pasta, always following a sustainable and ecological philosophy.
Marina Terrace is also a place to rest your mind listening to a vinyl playing on our turntable. drinking a bottle from our nice selection of wines, or a whiskey, contemplating the sunset.
